Inu!!!

Heyhozz everyone!!!

How's the chinese festive period beeen??Got a lot of ang paos???and ate a lot of festive goodies??hahaha luckily i din eat too much..or else i would become a human hog...not that i dun look like a human hog now but haha at least not a mutated one.

Not much been happening i guess??cept for the stupid hot weather which i feel is stinky...gosh i hate hot weather...gimme cool or rainy weather any time.Its long overdue for a bout of rain in my opinion...the flora all around definitely would agree with me on that.The wildfires that have been starting in quite a few places are quite bad.endangering the fauna and destroying the environment also.That brings me to another thing.All this has been attributed to global warming by certain people...whereas i read from somewhere online that debunks the whole theory of global warming.That debunking was done due to the fact that the person states that its just that this is a warm period(haha a damn long period lor) which actually has happened before in history...dating even back to the middle ages.I seriously hope though that what the meteorologists say about showers being expected at the end of the month is very true...the plants are suffering and so are the humans!!!!

Ohh haha something did happen last week though...it was my friend Johnson's ROM registration!!haha and i drove him there in a Hyundai Matrix..quite a coup for me cos my driving sucks!!and amazingly...it was onli my first time at ROM at Fort Canning..i have never been up there my whole life,not even for the outdoor cinema thingy..STarlight Cinema i think.haha i took a few pics of the couple...but onli 3 pics i deem worthy to be put up here.

Haha so those were the glimpses i had at ROM...oh yahhhh and not to be gossipy but i saw another rare sight at the ROM.There was this lady with dyed brown hair who was sitting down with a bunch of children and other ladies..it was obvious that she was a bride to be...and she was around early 40s??and a teenage gal called her mama..so i presume she is a mother?and her hubby since he was the onli guy...was sitting next to her and he looked like JUlian's age!!!!Wow i din expect to see a JIE DI lian in real life...but i applaud that actually :) cos its most likely due to true love???i would like to believe that really.Haha and then after ROM i went to watch Racing Stripes with Linda...boy i enjoyed the show as it was quite a nice show..i just have a soft spot for talking animals.YC's lesson was good as usual...haha and Patsy was around finally lol...and gosh Melly took that pic of me i look so atrocious lol..but here's a good pic of her and Noormie.



Haha but blame the photographer and the lousy camera...cos it might not have been taken generously lol :)

I thank all for their support during the 'ugly' incident...its truly heartwarming to see all the encouraging tags and comments from you all.I really am tearing and rather i teared when seeing those stuff.Gosh i feel like Tiger Claw when he was watching Joy Luck Club lol.

Aww and today was Yuan Xiao Jie aka Chinese Valentine's Day and also the final day of Chinese New Year...went to pray to my grandfather in the morning.It was at a temple at Anchorvale Walk...and its quite near some of my friends' house..Mingqi.nigel..patrick and francis all near??haha it was sure a smoky place *cough cough* and i managed to see my grandfather's other chinese name as it seems that he had two chinese names.After the praying, those of us who went to the temple(which included granny,my parents,uncle sunny,my godpa and godma,my sis,second aunts and myself) wanted to go to Northen Palace restaurant at North Bridge Road to eat but it was fully booked!!!!and the whole place was full of empty seats..meaning there are gonna be loads of pple later??i was told that all the tables were booked for tourists...explains why i guess...so in the end we proceeded to Tai Seng Restaurant at People's Park Restaurant..was a filling lunch and then i went over to Centrepoint to deliver something to my aunt first...managed to see one of my NSmate Liew..hha he now working at OSim...hmm too bad i no marnee to buy stuff or i can go find him buy some massage chair or something.after that i went to eat steamboat at Marina South :) oily face i've got now hahahha.

Guess i shld stop here for now...i ranted a lot didn't I???Have a cool week pple..hehe will blog again soon.

Happy CNY!!

Heyheyzz everyone Gong Xi Fa Cai!!!!Did everyone have a very good first few days of the chinese new year???

Time sure flies very fast and its been a week plus since my birthday...haha 25 already liaoz lohhh.Hmm where should i start then???Shld be starting on CNY eve then...nothing much on eve morning cept that i woke up at 5am like that haha to go down to the stall.Sell finish liaoz den our family went to punggol to pay our respects to my grandfather lorrr...my sis drove us there somemore :) CNY eve we had steamboat as usual and we started eating around 6+pm like that..quite alot of nice stuff to eat,there was even scallops yum yum.After all that i stayed online to chat with friends and slept around 3+ or 4 i think....not so sure already hahaha.

By the time i woke up it was already 9am like that liaoz..had to prepare to go to my godpa's home.From my godpa's place we went over to grandma's home.Had lunch which consisted of delicious curry chicken which i think was purchased from Banana Leaf Apollo...there was this chinese movie being shown on tv also...i forgot the name but it starred Alec Su,Fan Bing Bing and Julian Cheung...it was quite a sad story and we were all wondering why Mediacorp had to plan such a tearjerker for 1st day of the lunar calendar worr...i see liaoz also wanna cry :( cos it was about orphans one.Whew but from what i heard,even Noormie was watching it!!!After granny's place it was off to my dad's friends' home and then back home liaoz lorr.we reached home around 3pm like that.My relatives came over to my home at night around 10pm like that..boy it was so crowded haha no choice lar living room is small small mahh.Amazingly, after that around 12am like that i met up with my sec sch friends Abe and Kenny to play billiards...was supposed to meet another friend but due to miscomm on my part,he had to go elsewhere.It was quite nice to be playing snooker with those 2 friends of mine,we hadn't played snooker like that together in quite some time already mah.And i as usual potted a lot of the white ball into the pocket...boy i shld have some kind of camera to record what i do sia.

2nd day of lunar new year and dad's stall was open already...business was quite brisk thankfully and yet still manageable so that was kind of a relief to us lor..or else being "pek chek" during CNY is a very bad bad feeeling one mah.This day we went to my Adrian kor's home and then we all proceeded to my Uncle Sunny's home for dinner.Whew i got to sit in my Adrian kor's new Peugeot,quite a nice ride :) The dinner was quite nice also with goood yummy food..haha i even got to see my nephew(who is onli a few yrs younger than me) and there was a lucky draw game thought of by my Uncle Sunny.he put different amounts of money into angpaos and hung them on a CNY plant.Numbers were written on the back of the APs and we all drew lots to see which AP we could take.Hahaa there was only one 50 dollar note and it went to Adrian kor..as for me i heng heng managed to get two 10 dollar notes :)

Ahhh and finally Friday came and its the 3rd day already.I still din register for exam mah so i went to school after helping my dad to go and register for exams lorrr.Haha i managed to see Justin,a classmate who took Econs with me...haha pple out there who are reading...u all know Justin right????Jacelyn took care of the exam registration for me...and so off i went after the short time taken to register...as i was feeling kinda sianz..i decided to go to Jurong Cineplex and watch a movie....and i did...COnstantine was the show i watched and i felt it was a good show.Goood bits of humour sprinkled all around the show...i like stories bout the supernatural with demonologies and mythology and stuff like that..makes me miss those Chinese taoist cum vampire shows lorr.After the show i was glad that i went to watch it cos it was very coool :) Now the difficult thing came,i was gonna be meeting my pri sch mates at Katong at 8 haha but i reached Katong Shopping Centre around 5+ like that..whew i was wandering around the place for a while lorr..no shops open sia.But luckily time passed by and i managed to meet up with my friends liaozzz.Lemme see who came,Sean and his gf Liping,Linda and her bf,Xiuhua and her bf,Ziqin,Meiling and Tricia all came :) wasted was that Jeanne and Helen could not make it for the gathering...I didn't go to Teo Heng for so long already and the ktv still looked the same haha albeit with a computerized system now larr.The drinks were still quite cheap though at 1 dollar each.Meiling had such a nice voice and actually all of them who sang all got good voice :) onli i got more froggy voice.Whew by the time the singing ended at 11pm,actually were raring for more but we all decided to go to Bedok North blk 85 for suppa ;) Ziqin was driving and so meiling,tricia and i tompang his car.It culminated well with a nice chat among us friends...really gotta meet more often than the few yrs that we do so.Haha counting back,know each other for about 15 yrs like that liaoz lohhh.

Saturday on the other hand was more dull...nothing much happened cept that me and my parents went to visit my aunt at her home.:) managed to see my 3 cousins Cassandra,Amanda and Belicia(hehe still dunno how to spell her name correctly)...and to think its been so many years since i was the xiao jiu zi for my aunt and now Cassandra is in pri 6 already...gosh i feel old.

Sunday,which is today was quite a normal day starting off...lesser customers in the morning as compared to Saturday...mebbe pple all very tired and sleep much more lorrr.By noon i went out to walk walk with Kenny who was shopping for something mahh.After that i accompanied him to Paragon at orchard,where he proceeded to go to Lawry's cos he was meeting his gf for their Valentine's meal...and i went off to Partyworld Ktv at opposite to go sing.The service people there really not that friendly leh it seems...i still prefer Loyang's Partyworld lorr...at least Loyang's one dun give u the black face...orchard's one the people seemed to be giving me the black face even when i just walked into the place.Sang a lot of songs as usual and haha luckily i didn't lose my voice again.The reason why i stayed in orchard to sing was becos i was gonna be meeting my relatives to watch I Do I Do at Plaza Singapura.

I directly took a bus to PS and there was an incident in the lift that i really must blog about cos its so sickening :(
I got into the lift at B2 and these 2 guys and 2 gals came in...the 2 gals were standing beside me and this one guy was saying something like this to one of the gals ,"Imagine if you were drunk and went to sleep,then waking up to find urself sleeping next to him...." Ok pple...since in the lift onli got this guy,his friend and me,its obvious that this dude was talking about me...and the tone he set means that i am a damn ugly person and would be a terror to wake up to???Damnnnnn if i look ugly just tell me straight in my face,dun try and impress the gal by making fun of me that way...

Sorry if i seem vulgar,but i really do not like this kind of thing...want to say either say it when the guy cannot hear or say it straight to the guy's face.

Anywayz...i got out of the lift same place as them and i just went straight to the gents to wash my face,can't be bothered abt that guy.After the washing up i went to the ticketing booth to wait for my relatives lor..there were altogether 12 of us watching the show...even my own grandma came!!!On the whole the show was okie,but its really blatantly a propaganda put together to answer the call of our beloved leader..so i have this to say..."Make living more affordable for us!!!!then we can get married easier!!!!"

The evening ended with a dinner at my father's friend's zhi char stall at upper east coast road there...quite a filling dinner lor... and my cuzzie Noah drove me back.Thanks to him :) haha din noe that he was also a former student at Thames,but his was more for filler time during NS.

whew guess i shld stop whining about my life now then....hope everybody will enjoy their night's sleep well.Ohh haha and Happy Valentine's Day to alllll!!!!and those singles hopefully will find their other half soon :)

Happy Birthday To Me~~~~

Heyhozzz everyone!!!How's the day???Hot hotzzz day horrr...even a hot evening now.

Today i officially turn 25 liaoz..half of 50....what a number..haahaha and i look 35 lol.Today was kinda a bland bday though...nothing much happened although i am glad quite a lot of friends sent their well wishes thru sms,email and even MSN :) So i should be feeling grateful for that already.

At least i managed to follow thru the tradition of going to sing at ktv on my birthday...today i onli went alone cos other friends not free mah so i went to the Tampines Kbox to sing from 2 onwards.Haha at first starting was quite fine,but in the middle of the session i started getting sleepy...i think i fell asleep for the duration of a few songs leh.Luckily never strain my voice chords too much and in the end still have my voice quite intact.

:) Yesterday was quite nice though,my friends Ryan and Kris treated me to dinner at Phin's at Tampines Mall..wahhh eat until my tummy very full..haha heng i never vomit siaaa :) Thanks to them a lot worrrrr...celebrate my bday with me also mahh

I bought the Shin Min Daily to read just now and boy the headline was really horrific....a Hong Kong man murdered his own daughter and slashed her head off...his son was also injured by him during the melee.Might it be stress that got out of control that made him commit such an atrocity??But even if it was stress also cannot absolve him from blame of murdering his own flesh and blood.

Hmm since i am home already i guess i might as well go and watch American Idol later and see how it goes..i think tonight shld be Las Vegas if i am not wrong.Two movies which are coming up are on my should watch list...Seoul Raiders and Constantine...for Seoul Raiders its becos of Tony Leung,i like his acting...can act in commercial films and also act in artistic ones.Constantine is more for the heavy supernatural theme i think.

So fast and my birthday is gonna end soon in a few hours time...haha dunno what else i can do...most likely just stay online and read stuff lohhh.:) Stop here for now....seeyaz everyone and do take carezzzz

Harroez everyone....i'm back for the totally grammatically incorrect,rubbishy and singlish filled update of my bloggy :)

How has everybody been??Today is the start of Febuary liaoz...haha my most fave month of the year...why leh???Partly becos i became a human in this month,CNY is usually in Febuary...Valentine's Day is in febuary..and the fun 29th is also in Febuary albeit for one time every few years :)

the bad thing about now is that the weather is slowly turning to hot again...whew..how i enjoyed the cooling breeze of the december month...not even a droplet of rain for quite a few days already.quite a few of my friends are falling sick due to that...all of u do rest well and drink lotsa water ah...I kenaed before the coughing syndrome that was so jialat that i alwiz felt that i might cough my lungs out.Haha of cos that didn't happen or else i wouldn't be able to be typing this bloggie now.

Weekend passed by quite okie...nothing much happened lorr..cept that Saturday there was makeup lesson for Hari Raya's lesson.hahaa the feeling of going to sch on a Saturday and at Jurong east was a bit surreal.Ohhhh i ate mac at science centre before going to school also...i was actually gazing at a Mona Lisa painting and she had a MOUSTACHE!!!!hahahah and i dun think its drawn on with a marker..mebbe its just a parody reproduction lol...come to think of it,it wasn't a painting but a photo i guess.

After class i went to SGH to visit my friend Ryan,who had a knee operation,and his bday was yesterday!!!!Man he sure hard to get around now...do hope u recuperate well Ryan...enjoy your medical leave hahha.

Sunday i accompanied my friend Kenny to go and watch Elektra..was quite a nice show...since i like Marvel comics characters..i sure hope Iron Man or Xmen 3 comes out soon.

haha today is the bday of my friend tricia....happy bday to her worrrr...and 2nd which is tomorrow is the bday of another friend,Alex Chen CHuanjie hahhaa 5th is Francis's bday.HAPPY BDAY TO YOU ALLL!!!!haha its a joyous month lorr..and next week is gonna be CNY already...how has everyone's CNY shopping been??

Talking about CNY...there was something i read up somewhere...Singaporean MP Khaw Boon Wan was giving out ang paos to the needy elderly...but instead of walking up to them to pass them the angpaos...THEY HAD TO LINE UP!!!!!!tell me it doesn't reek of heartlessness??and from a MP nonetheless???but well..there were a few good comments from our politicans here and there during the session of Parliament...and our own MM even had a forum with university students at the Kent Ridge Ministerial Forum held at the NUS University Cultural Centre.A student even questioned Mr Lee about the Internal Security Act and the review of newspaper laws.

well well..i shldn't be too political in my bloggie :) can onli be nationalistic haha...cos i do love Singapore :)
